Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS. THESE INCLUDE VARIOUS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, AND A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE THAT GOVERNS HOW DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED.

1. General Information

This agreement contains the terms of use of AutoCloud.mu (hereafter "Service"). By registering on the Service, the Member accepts these terms and agrees to comply with them. A "Member" refers to any individual or entity who has registered as a user. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Service, its content, availability, and hardware requirements at any time.

As a market-financed service, AutoCloud.mu may present commercial communications to Members on the website or via email. Members can opt in or out of receiving direct marketing communications during registration. AutoCloud.mu reserves the right to track user activity and conduct research, ensuring that individual data remains anonymous. AutoCloud.mu may share aggregated user data with third parties but will not disclose individual Member information without explicit consent.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use the Service, Members must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. The Member must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and is liable for all activities conducted under their account.

AutoCloud.mu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate these Terms and Conditions.

3. Use of the Service

Members agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Violating any laws or regulations.

• Distributing spam or malicious software.

• Impersonating another person or entity.

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.

• Attempting to manipulate or disrupt the Service.

AutoCloud.mu reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

4. Listing and Transactions

AutoCloud.mu provides a marketplace for users to buy and sell automotive-related products and services. AutoCloud.mu does not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of listings and is not responsible for any transactions between buyers and sellers.

Members agree that transactions and negotiations are conducted at their own risk. AutoCloud.mu is not liable for disputes between users but may intervene at its discretion.

Advertisers may not include personal contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or external links in the title, description, or images of any listing. All communication between buyers and sellers must occur through the contact channels provided by AutoCloud.mu. AutoCloud.mu reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that breaches this policy.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain features of AutoCloud.mu may require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. AutoCloud.mu reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with prior notice to users.

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their transactions on the platform.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

AutoCloud.mu collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Members consent to the collection, storage, and use of their data for account management, service improvement, and marketing purposes, as permitted by law.

Users have the right to request data access, correction, or deletion. However, certain information may be retained for legal or security reasons.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on AutoCloud.mu, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by AutoCloud.mu or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of content is prohibited.

Users grant AutoCloud.mu a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute any content they post on the platform.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

AutoCloud.mu may contain links to third-party websites. AutoCloud.mu is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites. Members interact with third-party services at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

AutoCloud.mu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AutoCloud.mu is not liable for:

• Errors, interruptions, or unavailability of the Service.

• Loss of data or unauthorized access to accounts.

• Damages arising from user transactions.

• Content posted by third parties.

AutoCloud.mu's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service within the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify and hold AutoCloud.mu, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

11. Termination and Suspension

AutoCloud.mu reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of misconduct, fraud, or breach of these Terms. Members may also delete their accounts voluntarily.

Upon termination, Members lose access to their account and any stored data.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mauritius. If arbitration is unsuccessful, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Mauritius.

13. Amendments and Updates

AutoCloud.mu may update these Terms from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1:General information

This agreement contains the terms of use of Autocloud.mu service (hereafter "Service"). When registering at the Service the Member has accepted the terms and agreed to comply with these terms. A Member refers to everyone who has registered as user to the Service. A Member has registered as the Service Provider has conceded the Member a password. The Service Provider reserves the right at any time to change the Service, the content of the Service, the availability and necessary requirements set for the hardware. Given that Autocloud.mu is a market financed service, market based communication is a precondition for the continuation of the service. It is possible to present commercial communication for the Members on the website or send it to the Members by email. The Member has the possibility to choose, when registering, whether or not he / she allow receiving direct marketing letters to his / her email address. Conducting of user researches: Autocloud.mu has the right to track the users' internet behaviour in the service, and utilise the received research results. The research is always conducted in a way that individual users' results are not traced or published. Autocloud.mu may utilise the information with third parties that is provided by the Members. Autocloud.mu will not, however, deliver the information that provided by the Member of him- / herself to third parties without the explicit consent of the member.
