- How do I change my dealership plan?To manage your dealership plan, go to your Dealer Dashboard, click on Settings, and select the "I want to manage my subscription" option. This will send a request to the AutoCloud team, and one of our representatives will get in touch to assist with the process.
- Can I add other information be added to an invoice?Invoices are generated automatically based on your subscription and account details. If you need to include additional information such as a VAT number, purchase order reference or business address update, please contact the AutoCloud team directly and we will assist you.
- How do I remove a vehicle from my inventory?
You have two options, depending on what you need:
Temporarily take the vehicle offline
If the car is reserved or you're not ready to show it online, you can switch its status from "Published" to "Off Market" using the toggle on your listing. This hides the advert without deleting it, so you can put it back online later if needed.Permanently remove a sold vehicle
If the car is sold and you want to clear it from your active listings, click the menu icon on the top right of the advert and select "Archive." This option is only available for published adverts. Archived vehicles won’t appear in your main list, but you can still view them by ticking the "Show archived adverts" box at the top of your screen.

- How do i change my account email address?To request a change to your account email address, please contact the AutoCloud team directly. For security reasons, we’ll need to verify your identity before updating the email linked to your dealership account. Once confirmed, we’ll make the change for you and notify you when it’s complete.
- Why aren’t my photos showing correctly?If your image looks stretched or distorted, it’s likely because it was uploaded in a narrow portrait format. The preview adjusts to fit the space. By clicking on the photo, it will display the image in full quality and correct proportions
- Can I add users to the Dealer Dashboard?Yes, you can give access to others by creating separate accounts for them. There are two types of accounts:
User – This is like a general admin who can help manage your dashboard, update listings, and keep your profile up to date.
Agent – This is for someone who just needs to follow up on leads. You can assign adverts to specific agents, and they’ll only see and manage the listings linked to them.
This makes it easy to share the workload while keeping things organised.
